DOMESTIC POLICY

Our Path Forward: A Comprehensive Domestic Policy Agenda

In every town and city across America, people are working hard to raise families, build businesses, and create better lives for themselves and their children. As President, I believe it’s our responsibility to support those efforts—not stand in the way. That’s why domestic policy is not just a priority—it’s the foundation of everything we do.

1. Economic Security for Every American

We are building an economy that rewards work, not just wealth. Our domestic agenda starts with growing the middle class, raising wages, and lowering everyday costs for working families.

  • Job Creation & Manufacturing Revival: We are bringing back American manufacturing by investing in clean energy, high-tech innovation, and modern supply chains. Our “Made in America” policies are already creating tens of thousands of new, good-paying union jobs.

  • Tax Fairness: No more trickle-down economics. We’re cutting taxes for working families while making sure the ultra-wealthy and big corporations finally pay their fair share.

  • Lowering Costs: From prescription drugs and energy bills to groceries and gas, we’re using every tool to bring down costs—so families can breathe easier at the end of the month.

2. Education That Prepares Every Child for Success

Education is the gateway to opportunity. We are rebuilding the American education system from the ground up—starting with our youngest learners.

  • Universal Pre-K and Childcare: No family should have to choose between work and caring for a child. Our plan makes high-quality pre-K and affordable childcare available to every family.

  • Stronger Public Schools: We are increasing teacher pay, updating classrooms, and expanding after-school programs. Our goal: make every public school a place where students feel safe, supported, and inspired.

  • College and Career Training: Whether it’s community college, apprenticeships, or trade schools, we’re expanding opportunities so every young person can find a path to success without crushing student debt.

3. Healthcare That Works for Everyone

Healthcare should be a right—not a privilege.

  • Lowering Prescription Drug Prices: We capped insulin at $35 a month for seniors. Now we’re fighting to make that the standard for everyone.

  • Protecting Medicare, Medicaid, and the ACA: These programs are lifelines for millions. We are strengthening—not cutting—them.

  • Mental Health & Addiction: We’re tackling the mental health crisis head-on with more funding for counselors, crisis lines, and community-based care. We are also expanding access to addiction treatment and recovery programs across the country.

4. Housing and Infrastructure Built to Last

Too many families are priced out of their own neighborhoods. Too many roads and bridges are crumbling. We’re changing that.

  • Affordable Housing: We’re building and renovating hundreds of thousands of homes, expanding rental assistance, and cracking down on corporate landlords who price gouge families.

  • Safe, Modern Infrastructure: Thanks to historic bipartisan investments, we’re rebuilding roads, bridges, water systems, and broadband internet across all 50 states.

  • Transit & Climate Resilience: We're expanding public transit and building smarter infrastructure to handle floods, fires, and storms—protecting communities from climate threats.

5. Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform

Every family deserves to feel safe—and every American deserves equal justice under the law.

  • Community Policing: We are funding more police departments to hire, train, and retain officers who know the communities they serve.

  • Gun Safety Measures: We passed the most significant gun reform in 30 years. Now we’re pushing for universal background checks and a national red flag law.

  • Justice Reform: We’re working to end mass incarceration, eliminate cash bail for non-violent offenses, and give people second chances through rehabilitation and reentry programs.

6. Defending Democracy and Expanding Opportunity

America’s strength comes from its people—from our freedoms, our diversity, and our shared commitment to justice.

  • Voting Rights: We’re fighting voter suppression and working to protect every citizen’s right to cast a ballot without obstruction or intimidation.

  • Women’s Rights & Reproductive Freedom: I believe women—not politicians—should make decisions about their bodies. We’re working to restore Roe v. Wade as the law of the land.

  • LGBTQ+ Rights: Love is love. We’re protecting marriage equality, ending discrimination, and ensuring dignity and equality for every American, regardless of who they are or who they love.

This Is Our Vision—And We’re Just Getting Started

FOREIGN POLICY-AMERICAN LEADERSHIP

Restoring America's Role in the World: Our Foreign Policy Vision

Strong at home. Respected abroad. That’s the foundation of my foreign policy.

In a world facing complex challenges—wars, global instability, climate change, and economic uncertainty—America must lead with strength, principle, and purpose. As President, I believe we lead best not by going it alone, but by standing shoulder to shoulder with our allies, defending democracy, promoting peace, and protecting the American people.

1. Standing Up for Democracy and Human Rights

America’s values must guide our actions. We will always stand on the side of freedom, human dignity, and the rule of law.

  • Supporting Democratic Allies: We are strengthening NATO, supporting Ukraine against Russian aggression, and defending democracy wherever it’s under attack—from Europe to the Indo-Pacific.

  • Protecting Human Rights: We’re speaking out against abuses in China, Iran, and elsewhere. Whether it's the persecution of Uyghurs, crackdowns on protestors, or attacks on journalists, we will not stay silent.

  • Countering Authoritarianism: We are pushing back against rising authoritarian regimes and state-sponsored disinformation that threaten free societies around the world.

2. Keeping America Safe Through Smart Security

Our top priority is the safety of the American people. That means strong national defense, smart diplomacy, and being ready for 21st-century threats.

  • Modernizing Our Military: We’re investing in cutting-edge technology, cyber defenses, and support for our service members and veterans—so our armed forces stay the strongest in the world.

  • Fighting Terrorism & Global Threats: We are relentlessly targeting terrorist networks while avoiding endless wars. We’ve rebuilt our global alliances to share the burden and prevent new threats before they reach our shores.

  • Cybersecurity & Emerging Threats: From foreign hackers to AI-driven warfare, we are preparing America to defend against modern dangers that don’t respect borders.

3. Rebuilding Global Partnerships

America is back at the table—because we’re stronger when we lead together.

  • Restoring Diplomatic Leadership: We’ve rebuilt relationships that were strained or abandoned. Now we’re leading efforts on nuclear diplomacy with Iran, peace talks in the Middle East, and de-escalation in hotspots around the globe.

  • Working with Allies, Not Against Them: Whether it's trade, climate, or defense—we’re rebuilding trust and cooperation with our partners in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

  • Investing in Development, Not Just Defense: We’re expanding global health, food security, and economic development programs that build stability and reduce the need for military intervention.

4. Competing With China—Responsibly and Strategically

China is our most serious competitor. We will outcompete China—not by acting recklessly, but by investing in our own strength, allies, and values.

  • Protecting U.S. Interests: We are standing firm on trade, human rights, and intellectual property. We’re reshoring key industries to reduce our dependence on China for critical goods.

  • Deterring Aggression: We are strengthening partnerships with allies in the Indo-Pacific, including Japan, South Korea, Australia, and the Philippines, to ensure peace and stability in the region.

  • Promoting Fair Competition: We’re demanding a level playing field in trade and technology—and holding China accountable when it cheats or bullies its neighbors.

5. Leading the Fight Against Climate Change

Climate change is a global threat that demands global solutions—and America is leading the charge.

  • Rejoining the Paris Agreement: On Day One, we returned to the world stage to fight climate change. Now we’re helping set global standards on clean energy, emissions, and sustainability.

  • Investing in Clean Energy Innovation: We’re exporting American-made green technology and partnering with developing nations to support climate resilience and clean growth.

  • Protecting the Planet, Together: We’re working with global partners to preserve forests, protect oceans, and respond to natural disasters more quickly and effectively.

6. A Foreign Policy for the Middle Class

Foreign policy isn’t just about diplomats and generals—it’s about how global decisions affect working families here at home.

  • Fair Trade Deals: We’re negotiating trade agreements that protect American jobs, raise labor standards, and end the race to the bottom.

  • Protecting American Workers: No more outsourcing incentives or trade loopholes. We’re bringing jobs back home and making sure foreign competitors play by the rules.

  • Global Supply Chains, American Strength: We are investing in secure, reliable supply chains for food, medicine, and technology—so we’re never again dependent on hostile powers in a crisis.

America Leads Best When We Lead by Example

Our foreign policy is rooted in strength, in values, and in results. We don’t lead by bullying. We lead by building—coalitions, alliances, and a future worth fighting for.

I believe in an America that leads with wisdom, not war. With diplomacy, not division. With courage, not chaos.

Because when America leads the world, the world is better—and so are the lives of everyday Americans.

Let’s keep moving forward—together.

INFRASTRUCTURE

"BUILDING OUR FUTURE": REVITALIZING INFASTRCTURE WITH INNOVATION AND JOBS

"Building Our Future" is not just a slogan; it's a commitment to a forward-thinking approach that prioritizes innovation, sustainable development, and equal opportunities for everyone. We believe that by investing in key areas, we can lay the foundation for a thriving economy and a just society.

Education: We will invest in our education system to ensure every child has access to quality learning, empowering the next generation to reach their full potential.

Infrastructure: Modernizing our infrastructure is crucial for economic growth and public safety. We will prioritize projects that create jobs and improve our communities.

Green Technologies: Embracing green technologies is essential for a sustainable future. We will support clean energy initiatives that protect our environment and reduce our carbon footprint.

Together, we can construct a future where everyone has the chance to succeed. We envision a nation where prosperity is shared, innovation thrives, and communities are united. Let's build a future we can all be proud of.

ABORTION RIGHTS

I have always believed that taking a life is wrong, my heart tells me that.

I believe in the sanctity of life, and I recognize the profound value of every individual. At the same time, I firmly believe in a woman’s right to make choices about her own body and reproductive health. The issue of abortion rights is multifaceted, involving personal beliefs, ethical considerations, and legal frameworks.

Supporting a woman’s right to choose does not diminish the recognition of the inherent value of life. Rather, it acknowledges the complexities of individual circumstances and the autonomy that women deserve in making deeply personal decisions. As a society, we must strive to create an environment where women have access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare, education, and support.

ENHANCED UNEMPLOYMENT

Enhanced Unemployment

THERE ARE JOBS FOR EVERY AMERICAN

In the past three years, we have seen progress from record-high 15% unemployment to 3.3 % unemployment.

We will reform the unemployment system, a system that was taken advantage of during the pandemic.

There are 1.6 jobs available for every American.

Under a new system, enhanced unemployment. everyone on unemployment will have to have a minimum of five interviews a week to qualify for continued benefits.

And every able-bodied American will have a job,

When I say able bodied,

I am not talking about our seniors,

I am not talking about the stay-at-home parent,

I am talking about the person who took unemployment during the pandemic, and never returned to the workforce.

HEALTHCARE PLUS-THE ROGRERS HEALTHCARE PLAN

· Expanding Access: I support expanding healthcare access through measures like enhancing Medicaid and Medicare. I advocate for introducing a public option to increase coverage and competition in the healthcare market.

· Lowering Prescription Drug Costs: Addressing high prescription drug costs is a top priority. I propose allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices, importing cheaper medications, and capping out-of-pocket expenses for prescriptions.

· Reducing Healthcare Costs: My initiatives include promoting price transparency, encouraging competition among healthcare providers, and emphasizing preventive care to lower long-term healthcare expenses.

· Protecting Pre-existing Conditions: I prioritize protecting coverage for pre-existing conditions. I propose strengthening regulations to prevent insurers from denying coverage or charging higher premiums based on health status.

· Improving Mental Health Services: I emphasize improving access to mental health treatment and ensuring mental health parity in insurance coverage.

· Addressing Healthcare Disparities: I propose initiatives to address healthcare inequities based on race, ethnicity, income, and geography, aiming for equitable access to healthcare services.

IMMIGRATION AND BORDER SECURITY

KEEPING THE HOMELAND SAFE

The United States has always been a nation that welcomes people from throughout the world,

but we do that through the proper methods

we just do not walk into the United States or walk through border areas.

Last February I made a trip to El Paso and visited our southernmost border.

when I visited the international bridge that connects The United States with Mexico, I saw hundreds of people crossing the bridge and entering the United States the proper way

Not crossing the Rio Grande River

going into people's lands

and entering the United States the in proper way we must reestablish our borders under a Rogers administration we will reestablish our borders.
